ELSA DOMINGUEZ possesses a degree in biochemistry and has over 25 years experience in the medical/health science and para-educational disciplines. She is trained in personal and organizational management and handles business operation for the company.

James Hearsey, M.Sc., PWS

Fisheries, Aquatic Ecology and Wetland Science
JAMES is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) has over 20 years of professional experience in fisheries and aquatic sciences and regularly performs biological assessments, endangered species effects analysis and regulatory compliance assessments and monitoring. He conducts wetland and stream/habitat assessments, wetland ratings, mitigation planning and effects analysis reporting. James is familiar with aquatic and forest ecosystems throughout the West.

Casey Allen, B.S., A.A. M.E.S.

GIS Specialist
Casey is a field ecologist and GIS analyst with over 15 years of experience in general field biology, wetland ecology, and firefighting. Casey creates map products required for regulatory compliance and for communicating field data used in effects analysis and resource information to clients. Casey also conducts wetland delineations and is a great plant identification person

Donna is marketing and administrator providing services in project management, social media, marketing, business development and website development.

Jaimi Mostellar, MSc

Wildlife and Landscape Ecologist
Jaimi is an ecologist and ecosystems analyst with 8 years of experience in general field biology, wildlife ecology and rehabilitation, and data analysis (ecological and spatial). In addition to field work Jaimi is a technical writer and editor. Jaimi conducts field work in support of regulatory compliance including aquatic and upland assessments and wetland delineations. She is keen at plant identification person and from her Colorado roots enjoys birding and hiking and uses these and other outdoor activities to continue advancing her expertise.
